Request for Use of Campus Space
For Georgia Tech Student Organizations Only
Chartered student organizations may request use of campus
space by completing this on-line application. Please note that classroom scheduling for student groups is subject
to availability. Institute classes and certain departmental events take
precedence over student activities. Any student activity that has to be
moved from a room for use by a class or department event will be given another
space of equal or greater size if possible.
When an organization representative submits the Use of Campus Space form,
your faculty or student advisor will be notified of the event request.
In addition, you may be asked to notify other significant departments,
such as Campus Police, Risk Management or Parking. Obtaining the services of other departments is the responsibility of the
student organization sponsoring the event.
Please submit this Use of Campus Space form at least five business days prior to the event. Once your event request has been processed, and the space you requested confirmed, you will receive a space use confirmation. The confirmation will state the name of the event, date, time, location and the name of the requester. Additional information will be included on how to get equipment and other services for the event.
Space is not reserved until you receive an e-mail confirmation.
