Classroom Use Policies
For use of classroom space during regular business hours (8:00 A.M. – 8:00 P.M.), fees for custodial service are not required in most cases.
Georgia Tech School(s), Departments and Chartered Organizations are also permitted to reserve space in Instructional buildings. These events usually consist of Meetings, academic lectures, and review sessions. Any administrator(s) may reserve space on the GT Campus Reservation Virtual website at gtevents.gatech.edu. For use of classroom space during regular business hours Monday – Friday (8:00 A.M. – 8:00 P.M.), fees for custodial service are not required in most cases. **Non GT members must reserve space in one of GaTech Event buildings for their events**
- As of June 1st, 2016 a new policy allowing food in classroom was approved. Please read over the guidelines by clicking HERE!
- Classrooms must be left clean and all trash must be removed from the building at the close of the event. Large dumpsters are located near campus buildings and should be used for this purpose.
- Groups that leave trash behind in classrooms or other areas will be charged for custodial services and may face suspension from use of classrooms until further notice.
In addition to the above Classroom Use Policy, any event ending after 8:00 PM or occurring on weekends may require Custodial Service Fee. For more information on custodial rules and fees please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
